Premium Solutions is looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant for a client in Qatar .
Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize executive schedules, appointments, and meetings.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executives.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
• Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed to support the executive team.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
• Female candidates based in Qatar.
