Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our client’s team as a Manufacturing/Production Manager specializing in Metals.

Position : Manufacturing/Production manager-Metals
Location: Qatar
Salary: To be Discussed
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Responsibilities:

• Plan production schedules and coordinate all production activities in collaboration with Engineering, Estimating, and Project Management departments.
• Interpret company policies and enforce safety standards to ensure a secure working environment.
• Manage labour costs effectively.
• Oversee Shop Quality Assurance processes to maintain high standards.
• Manage stocked materials inventory, particularly welding materials.
• Inspect work in progress and finished products according to the Quality Control Plan.
• Conduct interviews and facilitate the hiring process for new employees.
• Provide training, leadership, assignment of tasks, recognition, and disciplinary actions for employees.
• Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety requirements.
• Maintain and oversee all equipment used in the manufacturing process.

Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrated hands-on leadership with significant time spent on the shop floor.
• 8-10 years of experience in the Metals Manufacturing Industry.
• 5 years of Supervisory/Leadership experience.
• Proficiency in welding techniques and knowledge.
• ASME Code Knowledge preferred.
