Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall execution and business development of the company.
• Own and manage the overall business P&L, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Lead the design and execution of ELV & IoT systems for SMART Cities.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.

Minimum Requirements:
• 10-15 years of experience in Doha.
• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Master in Business Administration or Master in Finance.
• Proven experience in the design and execution of ELV & IoT systems for SMART Cities.
• Demonstrated success in leading a P&L unit in a similar operating company in Qatar.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong business knowledge and strategic thinking abilities.
