In this role, you will be responsible for a professional approach in dynamic Facility management sector to develop market research, and maintain clients and should be results oriented.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and secure new FM contracts across commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on long-term partnerships
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company growth targets
• Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and tender opportunities
Requirements:
• 5+ years in FM business development in the UAE
• Proven success in securing soft/hard services or integrated FM contracts in Dubai
• Strong knowledge of FM service delivery models, cost structures and value propositions
• Understanding of CAFM system technology- led FM innovations
• Strategic mindset with hand on approach to market penetration
• Strong network within Dubai’s real estate and property management ecosystem
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field (FM Certifications are a plus)
• Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred
