Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring an experienced Senior Technical Architect on behalf of our reputed client in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field
💼 Experience: Minimum 12+ years, including 6 years in a specialty field

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and technical development of architectural projects from concept to execution.
• Prepare and review technical submittals, drawings, and specifications in line with project requirements.
• Develop landscape design concepts and integrate them effectively within the architectural framework.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design accuracy, functionality, and compliance with standards.
• Present design concepts and project updates using PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
• Ensure that all architectural designs align with client requirements, budgets, and timelines.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of experience, including at least 6 years in a specialty field.
• Proven expertise in preparing technical submittals and detailed design documentation.
• Hands-on experience in landscape design and architectural detailing.
• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks will be an advantage.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills are essential.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination abilities.
