We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead business growth across traditional commercial printing and digital service solutions. The role focuses on delivering integrated strategies that bridge physical print and digital offerings, ensuring clients receive innovative, end-to-end solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies for offset, large-format, and digital printing services
- Identify and secure new B2B clients within corporate, agency, and design sectors
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles from digital design to final print production
- Manage key accounts and act as a technical advisor for complex print and digital projects
- Track sales KPIs, marketing ROI, and refine strategies based on performance data
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of sales and marketing experience, including 3+ years in printing or digital services
- Strong knowledge of offset, digital, and flexographic printing processes
- Proven leadership experience managing sales and marketing teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
