• Monitor food & beverage and operational costs
• Prepare cost reports and variance analysis
• Implement cost control procedures
• Coordinate with finance and operations teams

 Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Hospitality
• Experience as Cost Controller in hotel industry
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
