Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring for a client in Qatar. We are seeking an experienced Proposal / Estimation Engineer to join the corporate team and support tendering and cost estimation activities for civil and marine projects.

Job Title: Proposal / Estimation Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, proposals, and tender submissions for project bids
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and scope of work
• Support cost control and budgeting activities during tender preparation
• Coordinate with engineering and commercial teams for accurate estimations
• Review and prepare documentation required for bid submissions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in proposal preparation and estimation
• Strong knowledge of estimation techniques, cost control, and tendering procedures
• Experience in civil and/or marine projects
• Strong analytical and communication skills
