We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations within the plastic industry, specialising in Injection, IML (In-Mould Labelling), and Thermoforming processes.
Position: Production Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily production operations and ensure efficiency
- Plan production schedules and optimise resources
- Monitor product quality and production output
- Lead and supervise production teams
- Ensure compliance with safety and manufacturing standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in plastic manufacturing (Injection / IML / Thermoforming)
- Strong leadership and production management skills
- Ability to handle production planning and process optimisation
