We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expand the client portfolio. This role is ideal for a strategic professional with strong B2B experience and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Position: Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with growth objectives
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, including corporate partnerships and service contracts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Participate in meetings, exhibitions, and networking events
- Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals
- Contribute to pricing strategies and service improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken & written)
- 5–10 years of experience in business development or sales
- Strong B2B sales and client relationship management experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical abilities
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Valid Qatar driving license preferred
