We are seeking an experienced and results-driven ELV & MEP Division Manager to lead large-scale projects for a reputable organization in Syria. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end execution of ELV and MEP works, ensuring quality delivery, cost control, and compliance with project standards.

Key Responsibilities (Brief):

• Lead and manage ELV & MEP division including engineers and site teams
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects
• Control project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
• Review and approve technical designs, drawings, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and client requirements
• Manage client, consultant, and stakeholder relationships
• Provide technical guidance, risk assessment, and problem-solving support
• Mentor and develop engineering and project teams
• Monitor project performance and ensure on-time delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• 10–15 years of experience in MEP/ELV projects
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial or division head role
• Strong experience in CCTV, BMS, Access Control, Fire Alarm systems
• Excellent leadership, project management, and client handling skills
• Strong knowledge of construction codes and standards
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
