We are currently seeking a highly experienced Tendering & Procurement Manager – FF&E to lead end-to-end tendering, estimation, and procurement activities for furniture, fixtures, and equipment projects in Syria. The role focuses on cost efficiency, supplier management, and winning competitive bids while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities (Brief):
• Lead full tendering cycle from inquiry to submission
• Review RFQs, BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications
• Develop pricing strategies to improve win rates and profit margins
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for FF&E packages
• Analyze material, logistics, and installation costs
• Manage procurement planning and execution for all FF&E items
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers
• Issue and track purchase orders until delivery completion
• Manage contracts, variations, claims, and change orders
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals and submissions
• Monitor procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• 10–15 years of experience in FF&E tendering and procurement
• Strong experience in interior fit-out and furniture projects
• Proven expertise in supplier management and large-scale procurement
• Strong negotiation, commercial, and analytical skills
• Deep knowledge of FF&E sourcing and market channels
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
