Key Responsibilities:
- Process and follow up on MOPH licensing applications for doctors.
- Coordinate with MOPH and regulatory authorities.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance.
- Support day-to-day HR operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a healthcare facility or healthcare consultancy.
- Proven experience handling MOPH licensing for doctors.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar healthcare regulations.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
