🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards.
• Prepare coffee and other beverages; barista experience is an advantage.
• Take customer orders and provide friendly service.
• Operate POS systems and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the F&B service area.
• Assist with basic food preparation when required.
• Replenish food, beverage, and service supplies.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
• Support the team during busy periods and peak operating hours.
• Ensure guests receive prompt and professional service.
• Assist with cleaning tables, counters, equipment, and service areas.

🔹 Requirements

• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, food court, hotel, or hospitality environment preferred.
• Barista skills are an advantage.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is essential.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
