Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring a experienced Camp Boss to oversee camp operations for one of our valued clients. The Camp Boss will play a pivotal role in managing accommodation, ensuring health and safety compliance, maintaining facilities, and fostering positive employee relations within the camp environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise all aspects of camp operations, including facilities, resources, and services.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations within the camp premises.
• Oversee accommodation arrangements, allocations, and maintenance to ensure comfort and safety for residents.
• Housekeeping and Facility Maintenance
• Foster a positive and harmonious environment among camp residents, addressing any conflicts or issues that may arise.
• Handle administrative tasks related to camp operations, including record-keeping, inventory management, and reporting.
Qualifications and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in camp management, hospitality industry, or related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of residential facility operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to camp facilities.
