We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Hospitality Division to drive revenue growth and strengthen market presence for a leading hotel group in Qatar. The ideal candidate must have strong hospitality sales experience and in-depth knowledge of the local market.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize hotel revenue
- Identify and secure new corporate and leisure accounts
- Maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and partners
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis
- Represent the hotel at networking events and industry exhibitions
Requirements :
- Proven experience in hotel or hospitality sales
- Strong knowledge of the Qatar hospitality market
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Target-driven with strong business development skills
- Locally available in Qatar
