Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Support the Business Development team with sales coordination and administrative tasks
- Prepare sales documentation, quotations, and reports
- Maintain accurate records in ERP / Odoo systems
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the timely execution of sales activities
- Assist in client communication and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales coordination or similar roles
- Experience in Marine / Industrial / Construction / Oil & Gas sectors
- Proficiency in Odoo or other ERP systems
- Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills
