We are seeking a dynamic and experienced FF&E Division Manager to lead and manage the Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment division for a reputed organization in Syria. The ideal candidate will drive procurement efficiency, operational excellence, and business growth across FF&E projects.

Key Responsibilities (Brief):

• Lead overall FF&E division operations, procurement, and project coordination
• Develop strategies to grow division revenue, market share, and profitability
• Source, negotiate, and manage local and international suppliers
• Ensure cost control, quality standards, and timely delivery of FF&E items
• Oversee end-to-end FF&E procurement and project execution
• Coordinate with design, project, and client teams for product approvals
• Implement quality control and compliance across procurement and logistics
• Manage import, customs, and documentation requirements
• Lead, mentor, and develop division teams for high performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or related field
• 8–10 years of experience in FF&E or interior fit-out industry
• Strong background in procurement, vendor management, and project coordination
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of FF&E products, specifications, and quality standards
• Understanding of import, customs, and market regulations
