We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Operations Manager – MEP & ELV to oversee and control daily operations across multiple projects for a leading organization in Qatar. The role focuses on execution excellence, resource optimization, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities (Brief):

• Lead daily operations across MEP & ELV projects and maintenance activities
• Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment across sites
• Monitor project execution, timelines, and cost control
• Ensure efficient coordination between engineering, procurement, and site teams
• Optimize resource utilization to improve productivity and reduce costs
• Enforce quality standards, HSE policies, and compliance requirements
• Conduct site inspections and operational performance reviews
• Act as key liaison for clients on operational updates and issues
• Supervise project managers, engineers, and site teams
• Drive team performance through coaching and monitoring

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering
• 8–12 years of experience in MEP & ELV operations or project execution
• Minimum 4 years in a senior operations or management role
• Strong experience managing multiple projects and site teams
• Good knowledge of MEP and ELV systems
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
