A leading trading company specializing in Furniture, Kitchens, Sanitary Ware, Wall Coverings, Flooring, Lighting, and MEP Products is looking for a committed and detail-oriented Document Controller cum Account Assistant to join its growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize project and company documentation.
• Prepare, record, and track incoming and outgoing documents.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoice processing.
• Maintain accurate financial and document records.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding project documentation and payments.
• Support administrative and accounting functions as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience as a Document Controller, Account Assistant, or in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of document control procedures and basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
