Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage clients, providing a personalized luxury shopping experience.
• Understand customer preferences and recommend products from the exclusive portfolio.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through clienteling, follow-ups, and after-sales service.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on market trends and brand developments.
• Ensure the showroom consistently meets luxury brand presentation standards.
• Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Assist with in-store events, promotions, and brand activities.
• Consistently contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a Watch Showroom is mandatory.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in high-end or luxury retail is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience with internationally recognized luxury brands is mandatory.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills.
• Highly presentable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Languages

• Fluent Arabic and English is mandatory.
