🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead corporate and project-level HSE operations and teams.
• Implement and audit HSE & Environmental Management Systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, legislation, and client requirements.
• Oversee accident investigations, risk control, audits, and corrective actions.
• Manage HSE training, Loss Prevention Programs, and subcontractor compliance.
• Coordinate with Saudi Aramco, government authorities, and main clients.
• Recruit, supervise, and develop qualified HSE personnel.
• Prepare consolidated HSE reports for senior management.

🔹 Mandatory Requirements

• Graduate Degree / Engineering qualification.
• Saudi Aramco approval is mandatory.
• 15+ years construction experience, including 10+ years as HSE Manager.
• Mandatory certifications including NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OTHM Level 6, Rigger 3, Scaffold Supervisor, WPR, First Aid & Train the Trainer.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Arabic & English fluency.
