Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general administrative duties including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as required.
• Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary items are stocked and ordered timely.
• Coordinate and support office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and other activities.
• Provide support to other departments as needed.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an administrative associate or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
