We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Tendering & Procurement Manager – FF&E for a leading organization in Qatar. This role supports tendering, estimation, and procurement activities for furniture, fixtures, and equipment projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end tendering process from RFQ review to submission
• Prepare quantity take-offs and assist in cost estimation for FF&E packages
• Analyze supplier quotations and assist in pricing preparation
• Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, samples, and delivery schedules
• Follow up on purchase orders and procurement timelines
• Assist in contract review and documentation control
• Maintain supplier database and support vendor coordination
• Prepare technical and commercial submission documents
• Track procurement progress and report delays or risks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• 7–12 years of experience in FF&E tendering or procurement
• Strong knowledge of FF&E materials and suppliers
• Good coordination, communication, and analytical skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
