Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute annual brand strategies aligned with business objectives, sales targets, and manufacturer guidelines.
• Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
• Plan and oversee product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand activation initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer insights, and industry developments.
• Coordinate with manufacturers/principals to ensure compliance with global brand standards.
• Manage marketing budgets and maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Work closely with sales teams to support lead generation and sales objectives.
• Oversee digital marketing activities including social media, website content, and online advertising.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide management reports and recommendations.
• Manage relationships with agencies, media partners, event organizers, and suppliers.
• Organize exhibitions, roadshows, test-drive events, and sponsorship activities.
• Collaborate with Aftersales, CRM, Customer Service, and related teams.
• Conduct market research and customer satisfaction analysis.
• Develop customer loyalty and retention programs.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Master’s Degree or professional marketing certification is an advantage.
• 8–10 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Product Marketing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience within the automotive sector.
• Strong expertise in brand strategy development and execution.
• Strong automotive market knowledge.
• Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
