We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a growing organization operating in the Trading and Contracting sector. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a results-driven executive with strong business acumen, operational excellence, and extensive experience in contracting and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the company’s strategic plan to achieve sustainable growth and profitability across trading and contracting business units.
• Lead and oversee all business operations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and shareholder expectations.
• Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
• Drive revenue growth by optimizing sales performance, project acquisition, and business development activities.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and profitability.
• Monitor major contracting projects and trading operations to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, government entities, suppliers, investors, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, contractual obligations, corporate governance standards, and risk management policies.
• Lead organizational development initiatives including talent management and leadership development.
• Review and approve major investments, contracts, procurement decisions, and capital expenditure proposals.
• Promote a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.
• Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to the Board / Ownership.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• MBA or executive management qualification is highly preferred.
• Minimum 15–20 years of progressive leadership experience.
• At least 8 years in senior executive management roles.
• Strong experience in Trading, Contracting, Construction, Engineering, or related industries.
• Proven expertise in strategic planning and business transformation.
• Strong financial management and corporate governance knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
