A leading engineering and construction company is looking for an experienced Site Engineer (Civil) to oversee civil construction activities on major Oil & Gas projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in marine and infrastructure works while ensuring project quality, safety, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities on-site.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and HSE standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Oversee underwater concreting, HDPE installation, and marine construction works.
• Manage scaffolding activities and ensure work quality.
• Prepare site reports, inspections, and progress updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in civil construction projects.
• Oil & Gas project experience is mandatory.
• Experience in underwater concreting, HDPE installation, scaffolding coordination, and marine works supervision.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
