We are looking for experienced Civil Supervisors to support civil and marine construction activities for projects based in Mesaieed.

Position: Civil Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities, including concrete works, reinforcement steel, and formwork
• Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth site operations
• Monitor compliance with safety and quality standards on site
• Maintain daily progress reports and ensure proper execution of civil works

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred) or High School Certificate
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction works, preferably in marine projects within the Oil & Gas industry
• Certification in ePTW or cPTW from Qatar Energy
• H2S certification required
• Strong knowledge of civil construction processes, including concrete, reinforcement steel, and formwork
