A leading engineering and construction company is looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor (Steel Structural) to oversee structural steel construction activities on major Oil & Gas projects while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise structural steel construction and installation activities.
• Coordinate daily site operations, manpower, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with project drawings, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Supervise scaffold operations and lifting activities.
• Monitor structural repair and concrete repair works.
• Prepare progress reports and coordinate with project engineers.

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Trade Certification.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in civil structural supervision.
• Experience in Oil & Gas projects is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of scaffold safety, lifting supervision, steel structural works, and concrete repair.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
