🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise trampoline courts and monitor guest activities.
• Ensure guests follow all park safety rules and instructions.
• Identify and respond promptly to unsafe behavior or situations.
• Maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for children and adults.
• Host birthday parties, celebrations, and group events.
• Welcome and engage with party guests throughout events.
• Assist with party activities and entertainment.
• Support crowd management during busy periods.
• Communicate safety instructions clearly to guests.
• Report incidents, hazards, or guest concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain an energetic, positive, and welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist other park teams when operationally required.

🔹 Requirements

• Previous customer service, hospitality, leisure, childcare, events, or entertainment experience is an advantage.
• Energetic and physically active personality.
• Confident communication skills.
• Strong awareness of safety procedures.
• Comfortable interacting with children, families, and groups.
• Positive, outgoing, and friendly attitude.
• Ability to remain alert for extended periods.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
