Premium Solutions Consultancy is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor for a prestigious client in the healthcare industry. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing housekeeping operations within the VIP Inpatient Department of our esteemed hospital client.
Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene in VIP Inpatient areas.
• Coordinate with hospital staff to schedule cleaning activities without disrupting patient care.
• Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
• Provide training to housekeeping staff on hospital policies and procedures.
• Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to housekeeping services.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in VIP Inpatient areas.
Requirements:
• Preferably of Arabic nationality or any nationality with a pleasing personality.
• Previous experience in the Hotel Industry is highly desirable.
• Local candidates are preferred.
