We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee equipment maintenance and ensure smooth operations in a plastic manufacturing facility.

Position: Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage maintenance activities for production machinery and equipment
• Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans
• Ensure minimal downtime and operational efficiency
• Supervise maintenance teams and coordinate repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Requirements:

• Experience in plastic manufacturing (Injection / IML / Thermoforming)
• Strong technical knowledge of machinery and maintenance systems
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
• Good organizational and planning abilities
