Premium Solutions Consultancy is currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Secretary to General Manager for one of our esteemed clients.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the General Manager.
• Manage the General Manager’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
• Coordinate meetings and conferences, including logistics and agendas.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails.
• Maintain confidential files and documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Possession of a valid QID (Qatar ID) with NOC (No Objection Certificate).
• Immediate availability to join.
• Valid driving license.
