Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction activities.
• Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, and site resources.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor work progress and prepare site reports.
• Coordinate scaffold activities and lifting operations.
• Supervise concrete repair and maintenance works.

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Trade Certification.
• Minimum 8 years of experience supervising civil construction projects.
• Experience in Oil & Gas projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of scaffold safety, lifting supervision, and concrete repair works.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
