🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily trampoline park activities and floor operations.
• Ensure all guests follow park safety rules and procedures.
• Monitor trampoline courts and identify potential safety risks.
• Lead, motivate, and support team members during assigned shifts.
• Allocate duties and ensure staff remain attentive and productive.
• Act as the first point of contact for guest concerns and complaints.
• Handle customer escalations professionally and report incidents when required.
• Support daily opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with staff onboarding and operational training.
• Coordinate with reception, party hosts, F&B, and management teams.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the park floor.
• Ensure smooth operations during weekends, holidays, and peak periods.

🔹 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, Shift Leader, or similar role.
• Experience in hospitality, leisure, entertainment, retail, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Customer-focused and confident dealing with guests.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Safety-conscious and responsible.
• Energetic, proactive, and hands-on approach.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
