The below section highlights the main responsibilities (but not limited to) of the Contact Centre Specialist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key Accountability and Activities:<br>Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participates in customer and client listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with all service line to ensure the knowledge transfer sheet is up to date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions for contact center agents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Performs monitors of customer care email responses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Knowledge, Experienced , Qualifications:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Able to maintain &amp; manage communication links with a variety of stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to work alone to get results in an effective way.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presents a professional image of NEOM FM Contact Centre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exceptional listening and analytical skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be self-motivator and self-starter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work in shifts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Autonomy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Works under broad direction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work is often self-initiated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is fully accountable for meeting allocated technical and\/or project\/supervisory objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establishes milestones and has a significant role in the delegation of responsibilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exercises substantial personal responsibility and autonomy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plans own work to meet given objectives and processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Influence<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Influences organization, customers, suppliers, partners, and peers on the contribution of own specialism.<br>\u2022Build appropriate and effective business relationships.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Makes decisions which impact the success of assigned projects i.e., results, deadlines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has significant influence over the allocation and management of resources appropriate to given assignments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Complexity<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Performs an extensive range and variety of complex technical and\/or professional work activities.
