If you thrive in fast-paced bidding environments, this opportunity is for you! \ud83d\udc47<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcc5 Date Posted: <strong>08 April 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Study and analyse tender documents, RFPs, BOQs, and client specifications thoroughly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for civil and marine construction projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and compile complete technical and commercial proposal packages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to gather inputs for bids<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review drawings, specifications, and the scope of work to ensure accurate pricing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track and manage tender deadlines and submission schedules efficiently<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain an organised database of submitted tenders, rates, and bid outcomes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support post-tender clarifications, negotiations, and contract award processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure all proposals comply with client requirements and company standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Civil Engineering<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum <strong>5 years<\/strong> of experience in Tendering \/ Proposal Engineering<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience in <strong>civil and\/or marine construction projects<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of estimation techniques, cost control, and tendering procedures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent analytical, numerical, and report-writing skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working with GCC\/Qatar-based contractors is a strong advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring for a client in Qatar \ud83c\uddf6\ud83c\udde6 We are looking for a detail-driven Tendering \/ Proposal Engineer with a strong civil and marine background to join a dynamic commercial team in Al Wakra.
