Key Responsibilities:
\u2022 Manage daily administrative tasks efficiently while prioritizing workload to meet deadlines.
\u2022 Maintain accurate and well-organized records of reports, documentation, and correspondence.
\u2022 Prepare and process Sales Orders and Purchase Orders using the SAP system.
\u2022 Assist in the preparation of client quotations and proposals.
\u2022 Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations to support procurement processes.
\u2022 Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone and email.
\u2022 Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
\u2022 Create and manage delivery notes and maintain accurate delivery schedules for projects.
\u2022 Provide general administrative support to team members to improve overall departmental efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Requirements:
\u2022 Proven experience in administrative, procurement, or sales support roles.
\u2022 Hands-on experience with SAP systems (Sales & Procurement modules preferred).
\u2022 Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
\u2022 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\u2022 Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
\u2022 High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records.
\u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and procurement tracking tools.
\u2022 Strong knowledge of materials and finishing.
\u2022 Knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes.
\u2022 Familiarity with international furniture brands and suppliers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Preferred Qualifications:
\u2022 Experience in customer service or supplier coordination.
