Key Responsibilities:
\u2022 Develop and execute the company\u2019s strategic plan to achieve sustainable growth and profitability across trading and contracting business units.
\u2022 Lead and oversee all business operations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and shareholder expectations.
\u2022 Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
\u2022 Drive revenue growth by optimizing sales performance, project acquisition, and business development activities.
\u2022 Oversee financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and profitability.
\u2022 Monitor major contracting projects and trading operations to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
\u2022 Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, government entities, suppliers, investors, and key stakeholders.
\u2022 Ensure compliance with local regulations, contractual obligations, corporate governance standards, and risk management policies.
\u2022 Lead organizational development initiatives including talent management and leadership development.
\u2022 Review and approve major investments, contracts, procurement decisions, and capital expenditure proposals.
\u2022 Promote a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.
\u2022 Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to the Board \/ Ownership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Requirements:
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
\u2022 MBA or executive management qualification is highly preferred.
\u2022 Minimum 15\u201320 years of progressive leadership experience.
\u2022 At least 8 years in senior executive management roles.
\u2022 Strong experience in Trading, Contracting, Construction, Engineering, or related industries.
\u2022 Proven expertise in strategic planning and business transformation.
\u2022 Strong financial management and corporate governance knowledge.
\u2022 Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
