Job Post: Nurse-Operation Room (Major and Minor)
Location: Qatar
Looking for a Nurse-Operation Room (Major and Minor) to join our client’s dynamic healthcare team in Qatar. As a Nurse-OR, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to patients undergoing surgical procedures. Your responsibilities will include assisting surgeons, ensuring the sterile environment of the operating room, and monitoring patients before, during, and after surgery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Responsibilities:
\u2022 Prepare the operating room for surgery, ensuring all equipment is sterilized and ready for use
\u2022 Assist the surgical team during procedures by handing instruments, monitoring vital signs, and providing support as needed
\u2022 Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols
\u2022 Monitor patients’ condition before, during, and after surgery, and report any changes to the healthcare team
\u2022 Administer medications and ensure patient comfort
\u2022 Educate patients and their families about the surgical process and post-operative care
\u2022 Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes .<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Key Requirements:
\u2022 Bachelor’s in Nursing\/Diploma in Nursing(3 years)
\u2022 QCHP license Holder or QCHP Eligible Candidate
\u2022 Proven experience in an operating room setting
\u2022 Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, sterilization techniques, and infection control
\u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\u2022 Commitment to providing compassionate patient care
\u2022
