our client is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial strategy and operations within their dynamic organization.
As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the financial activities of a esteemed Healthcare facility. This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial management, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
\u2022 Develop and execute financial strategies in alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
\u2022 Provide strategic financial leadership to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
\u2022 Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
\u2022 Analyse financial performance and provide insights to support decision-making.
\u2022 Manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and financial laws.
\u2022 Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
\u2022 Collaborate with executive leadership to drive business initiatives and optimize financial outcomes.
\u2022 Build strong relationships with stakeholders, investors, and external partners.
Qualifications and Experience:
\u2022 Proven experience as a CFO or finance officer (within the healthcare industry is preferred)
\u2022 Strong financial acumen and expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
\u2022 Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
\u2022 Advanced knowledge of healthcare financial regulations and compliance.
\u2022 Demonstrated ability to drive financial performance and strategic initiatives.
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
\u2022 Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a senior finance role.
