We are seeking a highly experienced Assistant Operations Manager for a leading car washing company in Qatar. This role requires strong leadership, multi-site management skills, and the ability to ensure high service standards across all locations.

Position: Assistant Operations Manager (Car Washing Company)

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all operations align with company standards, mission, and service quality
• Supervise manpower, team leaders, and supervisors across multiple locations
• Manage daily operations including scheduling, staff allocation, and service delivery
• Handle customer requirements, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Monitor and maintain consistent service quality across all sites
• Prepare operational reports and performance data for management
• Train staff on car wash techniques, customer service, and safety standards
• Coordinate manpower planning and deployment across locations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
• Evaluate performance and implement improvements where needed
• Oversee productivity and take corrective actions when required
• Implement SOPs for uniform service standards
• Monitor logistics including staff movement and equipment delivery

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 8 years of operations experience (car wash / facilities / service industry preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong leadership and multi-site management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• Valid driving license (Qatar or home country preferred)
• Ability to work under pressure and in outdoor conditions
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Immediate joiners preferred
