Premium Solutions Consultancy is assisting our internationally recognized client in the Beauty and Wellness industry for their center in Qatar .
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Beauty Head/ Expert to oversee beauty operations, ensure service excellence, and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities :
• Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction across all beauty services.
• Supervise and guide the beauty team in conducting skin analyses and personalized service recommendations.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs, hygiene, and health regulations in all beauty operations.
• Handle customer feedback and grievances with professionalism and care.
• Oversee team scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to ensure productivity.
• Monitor sales performance, implement promotional activities, and drive revenue growth.
• Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and service documentation.
• Plan and execute in-house events or promotions to enhance client engagement.

✅ Requirements :
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the beauty or wellness industry, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong understanding of skin, hair, and beauty treatments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client service skills.
• Ability to manage teams, handle operations, and meet performance goals.
• Diploma or Degree in Beauty Therapy / Cosmetology or related field preferred.
