Responsibilities:
• Perform aesthetic services such as Skin Facial Analysis using the VISIA machine and conduct Aesthetic Consultations for body contouring treatments.
• Administer aesthetic treatments, including non-invasive and minor-invasive procedures, as well as body contouring treatments.
• Conduct health assessments to evaluate guests’ health conditions, review their medical history, and discuss health concerns.
• Run diagnostic tests and interpret the results to determine guests’ health status.
• Describe treatment plans or medications to address health conditions, including medication type, treatment duration, and follow-up visits.
• Make decisions regarding the need for hospital referrals.
• Ensure guests’ comfort and satisfaction with their treatment plans.
• Educate guests on preventive measures for skin diseases, risk factors, genetic causes, and environmental concerns.
• Maintain well-equipped and clean treatment rooms for guest services.
• Continuously assess and suggest improvements to Health & Wellness Director for operational procedures.
• Promote Health & Wellness services to guests.
• Report any noteworthy incidents involving staff or guests to management.
• Adhere to hygiene standards and health and safety regulations.
• Handle guest queries and complaints professionally to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
• Maintain and update guests’ records and medical history.
Requirements:
• Specialist degree in dermatology.
• Valid license in Dermatology.
• Eligibility to be licensed in Qatar.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a health & wellness resort.
• Experience in assessing and evaluating guests’ health conditions, conducting diagnostics, and creating treatment plans.
• Proficiency in Skin Facial Analysis, Niranlada consultations, non-invasive treatments, minor-invasive treatments, and body contouring.
Package:
• Basic Salary: 35,000 QAR
• Housing Allowance: 9,000 QAR
• Transportation Allowance: 2,000 QAR
• School Fees: Up to 40,000 QAR yearly for 2 children up to the age of 18 years
• Annual Airfare Ticket: Yearly for self, spouse, and one child below 18 years
