Premium Solutions Consultancy is currently seeking a Document Controller on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities:
• Efficient filing and organization of documents
• Preparation and management of contracts
• Experience in Engineering Procurement and Construction processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and IT-related tasks
• Drafting professional emails and letters
• Archiving and maintaining document repositories
Qualifications:

  1. Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years’ experience, preferably in related industries.
  2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels.
  3. Independent, enthusiastic, with a pleasant personality, and capable of handling work under pressure.
  4. Proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
