We are seeking a dynamic and experienced FF&E Division Manager to lead and manage the Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment division for a reputed organization in Qatar. The ideal candidate will drive procurement efficiency, operational excellence, and business growth across FF&E projects.

Key Responsibilities (Brief):
- Lead overall FF&E division operations, procurement, and project coordination
- Develop strategies to grow division revenue, market share, and profitability
- Source, negotiate, and manage local and international suppliers
- Ensure cost control, quality standards, and timely delivery of FF&E items
- Oversee end-to-end FF&E procurement and project execution
- Coordinate with design, project, and client teams for product approvals
- Implement quality control and compliance across procurement and logistics
- Manage import, customs, and documentation requirements
- Lead, mentor, and develop division teams for high performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or related field
- 8–10 years of experience in FF&E or interior fit-out industry
- Strong background in procurement, vendor management, and project coordination
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of FF&E products, specifications, and quality standards
- Understanding of import, customs, and market regulations
