Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) preferred
- Proven experience in finance management within manufacturing or industrial sector
- Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems and financial software
