We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Lighting Division Manager to lead lighting and electrical projects for a reputable organization in Qatar. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on project management across large-scale lighting installations.

Key Responsibilities (Brief):
- Lead and manage lighting & electrical division including engineers and site teams
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of lighting projects
- Control project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Review and approve lighting designs, shop drawings, and technical submittals
- Ensure integration of lighting systems with electrical and control systems
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for project execution
- Manage procurement coordination for lighting fixtures and materials
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and specifications
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and project handover
- Mentor and develop engineering and project teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s is a plus)
- 10–15 years of experience in lighting and electrical project management
- Minimum 5 years in a managerial role
- Strong experience in commercial, hospitality, and large-scale lighting projects
- Proficiency in Dialux and AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of lighting systems, controls, and electrical standards
- Excellent leadership, client handling, and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
