Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and qualified Nurses to join our client’s Team in Psychiatry Department. As a Nurse in our Psychiatry Department, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals with mental health needs. You will work in a supportive and collaborative environment, contributing to the well-being of our patients and making a positive impact on their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Psychiatry Department.
• Assess and monitor patients’ conditions, including mental health assessments.
• Administer medications and treatment as prescribed by the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Offer emotional support and encouragement to patients and their families.
• Adhere to all healthcare and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of patients and staff.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience after graduation.
• Licensed Nurse with valid credentials.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle stressful situations with empathy and professionalism.
