The ideal candidate must have strong full-cycle construction project management experience, with residential project experience preferred.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from initial planning through final handover.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate government approvals, permits, and statutory requirements.
• Manage project execution in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Manage project resources, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor project costs and implement effective cost-control measures.
• Identify project risks, delays, and technical or commercial challenges and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure construction activities comply with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
• Conduct regular project progress meetings and provide management reports.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and completion activities.
• Manage snagging, rectification, and close-out activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and project records are maintained.
• Lead the final completion, handover, and close-out process.
